Information before check-in

The keys to the rooms hang on the key board in reception. These keys also open the main door. If a key is missing on departure, the landlord will charge the tenant for replacement of the locks (minimum DKK 2 400)

There is a wheelchair ramp to the terrace and access therefrom to the ground floor. The ground floor has an accessible bathroom and WC. During the summer season on Fanø, there is a dialysis station available for visitors and tourists. See opening times and location on the homepage of www.visitfanoe.dk

There is a free wi-fi network. The code can be found at the check-in desk.

Smoking is not permitted in the house. If we detect traces of smoking in the house we will subsequently charge the guest DKK 3 400. This charge is to ensure the house is smoke-free when the next guests arrive.

You are welcome to bring a pet, there is no extra charge. Remember to remove all animal droppings/sheddings both indoors and outside.

In addition to personal appliances, it is a good idea to bring toilet paper, kitchen roll, waste bags, detergent, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, salt and pepper, extra tea-towels and dishcloths. If preferred, also bedlinen and handtowels. On your arrival, you will find a starter pack in the residence containing: 1 tea-towel – 1 dishcloth – 1 dishwasher tablet – 1 toilet roll

Bedlinen is not included in the price of your stay, but linen packages that include a quilt cover, pillowcase and sheet, as well as 1 hand towel, can be pre-ordered.

Price per bedlinen package: DKK 100,- per person.
Price for bed dressing: DKK 50,- per bed.

The house is also equipped with the following:
1 high chair for children
1 cot with mattress and duvets
42" TV, with 30 channels
Screen and projector.
Bluetooth radio ground floor.

In the kitchen there is an oven, combi oven, fridge, freezer, industrial dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, as well as crockery and kitchen equipment for 20 people.
Iron/ironing board is available in the house for free use.
